Then practice in your own time using a recorded 30 minute class focusing on technique. You can also attend a live Zoom beginners Pilates class every Tuesday at 10:30am or Thursday at 7:30pm throughout June. Here you can ask questions, get your technique checked and gain confidence in your practise
